VHS is looking for a CRNA in Worchester, MA!

10 MD, 36 CRNA Anesthesia Care Team Model
21 points of service a day
19 ORS plus endo, cardiac and OB
15,000 OR cases annually. In addition, approximately 2000 deliveries and 300 cardiac case including TAVR, mitral valve clip and watchman procedures, on and off pump, CABG, cardiac ablation and TEE
Cases for the OR are medically directed, OB CRNAs are supervised
Cases include general, ortho, urology, ENT/ophthalmology, bariatric, vascular, neuro, thoracic, GYN, dermatology, plastic, cardiac and OB. No trauma
There is always 1 MD and 2 CRNAs in-house 24 hours a day
Cardiac cases are medically directed and some of the CRNAs do hearts
OB team of In-house CRNAs
CRNA Shifts:
8 hours 7:00AM-3:00PM
10 hours 7:00AM-5:00PM
12 hours 7:00AM-7:00PM
16 hours 7:00AM-11:00PM
24 hours OB/OR 7:00AM-7:00AM
CRNA call: 7PM-7AM during the week (30% call back) and 7AM-7AM on the weekends (80% call back). CRNAs take weekday call approximately once a month and twice a year on weekends
OB CRNA call is in-house (24 hours)
