Responsibilities

•Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on various cell phone models.
•Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
•Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and services provided.
•Stay updated on the latest cell phone technology trends and repair techniques.
•Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications

•Proven experience in cell phone repair or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
