Driver Pay Rates:

Earn $76,000 - $88,000 per year
Monday - Friday daily pay: $290
Daily inspection pay: $13 per 60-minute work session
Winter "Chip Out" (November 1st - February 28th): $20 for each instance
Daily minimum pay when in training
Wait time: Starts after 90 minutes
Loading/unloading pay

Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:

$50 every week of your referred driver's first year

Work and Route:

More than Driving: the job requires coordinating load info with the plants, dispatch, and feed lots; drivers must also ensure the safe, humane handling of livestock.
Work week: Monday—Friday
Daily Home Time
Running Regions: Sale barns and farmer feeders in WI, MN, IA, IL and MI

CDL-A Shuttle/Short-haul/Local Truck Driver Requirements:

At least 21 years old
CDL-A with 1 year tractor trailer experience
Must have 48’-53' tractor trailer experience
Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
