Bachus & Schanker, LLC has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Case Investigator to join its team in the Aurora office. This is an in-office position. The Bachus & Schanker Experience is centered on serving clients with the utmost compassion, dignity and understanding. Our Case Investigators have the privilege to talk with clients daily while maintaining empathy and providing knowledgeable information to ensure clients are comfortable with the process.

Duties & Responsibilities

• This position may work evenings until 9:00pm and Saturday and Sunday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
• Provide potential clients with emphatic support while acquiring information critical to case management
• Collect accident details, insurance information, police reports and any other information needed
• Conduct the intake process by phone with occasional in person contact
• Evaluate potential clients based on the firm’s criteria

Qualifications and Preferences

• Prior investigator experience with motor vehicle accidents
• Detailed oriented
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Bilingual a plus

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Pay of $23 - $24 an hour, plus company paid benefits, and incentives/bonus program (general total compensation package of $45,000 - $55,000). Total compensation is ultimately dependent upon experience, performance, and paid benefits selected.
