Double Digit High Growth Private 3PL Non Asset Base Truck Load Provider is seeking Carrier Sales Director for their high growth company. This is a Senior leadership role report to the CEO and will be responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of the carrier sales department. This role will manage 5 direct and 35 total employees. They will develop and execute strategies that result in an expanded, qualified carrier base to move our customer's freight shipments. • BS/BA degree
• Must have managed a team of 20+ employees with demonstrated leadership skills in the transportation or logistics industry for 5+ years
• Must be a strong leader, strong business acumen, strategic, people person, strong work ethic, Servant leadership, employee development and coaching, strong communication skills, hold people accountable, Sense of urgency, strong time and priority managment, customer-focused, problem solving, critical thinking skills
• Competitive compensation: $100k - 150k base, plus bonus, good employee benefits, relocation assistance provided if needed
