Cannabis Facilities Cleaner

If so, Viridian Staffing's client is looking for temporary Cannabis Facilities Cleaners to work at their production facility in the NE Tampa, Florida, area. You should be eager to be a part of a thriving Cannabis company. For individuals who do a great job, there is the potential to be hired on in a permanent role!

Founded in 2013, Viridian Staffing is the Original staffing, recruiting, and HR consulting firm solely dedicated to organizations in and supporting the commercial, medical, and industrial cannabis/hemp industry.

Your duties could include anything from cleaning surfaces using disinfectant or mopping floors to ensuring the outdoor grounds are maintained and restrooms are kept clean. You need to be flexible to and excited about having the opportunity to clean multiple different areas of the facility from the cultivation space to packaging areas. This is a full-time temporary role, and there is the potential for some overtime.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand, sit, climb, twist, and kneel up to 11 hours/day
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with your hands
• Ability to work in climates with varying temperatures
• Ability to use and experience using industrial cleaning supplies
• Understanding safety guidelines in working with chemicals
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to take direction
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds
• Ability to work indoors around cannabis plants for extended periods of time
• Proven work ethic and reliable transportation
• Ability to arrive on time
• Solid communication skills
• Ability to work for a licensed cannabis operation in the State of Florida, which includes being at least 21 years of age and receiving authorization from the Florida Department of Health to work for a licensed operation
• Subject to background check per the rules and regulations set forth by the State of Florida
• Willingness to comply with OSHA regulations
