What You’ll DoAs a Business Development Trainee , you’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and client relations while supporting campaigns that make a real community impact.
Your responsibilities include:
Learning all aspects of business development, client management, and sales strategy
Assisting with live events, community initiatives, and promotional campaigns
Building relationships with clients and the public to generate leads and drive results
Working closely with mentors to develop leadership, communication, and project management skills
Tracking performance metrics and helping optimize campaign outcomes
