We are looking for an entry-level Business Analyst to join our team in Cookeville, Tennessee. As part of this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in analyzing business processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to strategic projects. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct research to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate in-person meetings and drive project progress.
• Prepare summary reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
• Maintain and update websites, SharePoint, and other technology solutions to support business operations.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, policies, and standards in all business activities.
• Assist in the coordination of projects, timelines, and resources to meet objectives.
• Provide deskside support and guidance for cloud technologies and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Facilitate the use of ServiceNow and Planview applications for efficient project management.
• Collect and analyze data to improve processes and drive informed decision-making.
• Support team members in delivering high-quality solutions while adhering to deadlines.• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
• Proven ability to conduct research and analyze business processes.
• Experience in project management and coordination of timelines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint administration, and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Planview applications for project tracking.
• Understanding of compliance requirements, local laws, and policies.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Leadership skills to guide teams and manage priorities effectively.
