Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $21 - $25 / hour*
What you'll be doing as an Bookkeeper: - Answer phones
- Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Verify that transactions are recorded correctly
- Reconcile bank statements and cash
Available shifts: Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements: - Proven bookkeeping experience
- Proven Quickbooks experience
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Experience in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office
- Answer incoming calls
- Reconciling cash and bank statements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills
