An opportunity is available for a dedicated professional to support students in a K-12 school setting as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is essential in creating positive educational environments through the implementation of effective behavioral strategies.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience working with children in an educational setting, particularly with K-12 students
• Strong knowledge of behavioral principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team

Location:

• Joliet, IL

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement and monitor BIPs
• Provide training and support to school personnel on best practices in behavior management
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to students' overall educational plans
