Job Description

This opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides a rewarding chance to support K-12 students in a dynamic school environment. This full-time, contract position is onsite in Plainfield, IL, and covers an FMLA leave from mid-October through the end of January.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
• Collaborating with educators and support staff to implement evidence-based strategies
• Monitoring and analyzing student progress and making data-driven recommendations
• Providing training and coaching to school personnel on behavior management techniques

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Current BCBA certification
• Experience working with K-12 student populations
• Strong skills in behavior assessment and intervention development
• Ability to work effectively onsite with school teams to support student success
