Job Description

A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available to cover a maternity leave from September 4, 2025, through November 10, 2025. This temporary contract role supports a K-12 school environment, providing specialized behavior analysis services to a diverse caseload of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for K-12 students.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to guide treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes.
• Provide training and support to staff on behavior management strategies.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet student goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience working with K-12 populations in educational settings.
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage caseload effectively during the contract period.

• Position is based in Edison, NJ, within a K-12 school setting.
