Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and friendly Bartenders to join our team! This position plays a big role for creating and providing best member experience and satisfaction.
Your ultimate goal should be to provide an exceptional member experience.
This position will be seasonal- Our season runs from October through May.
Responsibilities - Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Make suggestions based on member preferences
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Interact with members, assess needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Up-sell when appropriate
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Deliver checks and process member charges
- Cooperate and communicate with all service and kitchen staff
- Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
Qualifications - 1 year minimum experience in an upscale restaurant, country club, resort or similar establishment
- Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Experience with developing constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and members
- Experience with Jonas Encore/Micros or similar POS system
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Active listening
- Good physical condition
- Customer-centric
- High school diploma; food safety training, or other related certificates will be considered a plus
- Must be able to work days/nights/weekends and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation.. housing can be provided
- US Citizen or Green Card holder
