We’re opening a new Macondo Coffee Roasters in Pinecrest and looking for energetic baristas to craft espresso drinks, Colombian pour‐overs and share hospitality. You’ll grind beans, steam milk, handle morning prep and help keep the café sparkling. No experience? No problem – we’ll teach you everything from grind size to latte art.
Macondo is more than a coffee shop – it’s an incubator for hospitality careers. We offer $16–18/hr plus tips, paid hands‐on training, flexible scheduling for students and parents, free coffee and meals during your shift, a staff discount and a clear path to become a lead barista or shift supervisor within 3–4 months.
