We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Music Teacher and Band Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating lesson plans, delivering lectures, grading assignments, and providing support to students. Additional responsibilities include preparing students for band concerts throughout the year and managing the materials and supplies required to support the music program at the school. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential. The successful candidate will also have strong communication skills and the ability to engage with students in a meaningful way. Responsibilities: Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of all students. Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment. Provide high-quality instruction to students. Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents. Maintain accurate records of student performance. Develop and implement behavior management strategies. Collaborate with other teachers and administrators to ensure the success of all students. Be open to learning new skills. Use online tools effectively (Google Classroom, Schoology, etc).
