Our Omaha, NE facility is in need of a Machine (Tuber) Operator to join our team. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily. DUTIES:

Read and understands the production order.
Make and verify all adjustments to the machine to meet required production order.
Conduct quality control checks – first piece inspection and teardowns.
Consult with supervisor/manager when any quality concerns arise.
Work closely with and assist both the shafter and stacker as needed.
Train others as needed.
Perform preventative care and maintenance of the machine.
Fill out all machine reports.
Verify that glue and/or staktite pans and reservoirs are ready before start-up.
Be at machine at all times when running.
Able to delegate shafter/stacker in job duties.
Will learn to operate all tubers.
Must be ready to work any shift.
Work overtime as needed.
Will train on shift as needed.
Relieve tubing department workers for breaks.
Will work in other areas as needed.
Must be able to communicate and understand work instructions and training information.
Work in other areas as instructed by the Supervisor or Lead Person.
Perform outside duties as instructed by the Supervisor or Lead Person.
Follow all Plant and Safety Rules.
Assist in Training.
