Chapman Nissan of Philadelphia is seeking an ELITE Automotive Sales Manager.
This opportunity is for proven winners only -leaders who know how to drive volume, desk deals, close customers, and build dominant sales teams.

THE ROLE

• Lead from the front in a high-volume Nissan dealership
• Desk and structure deals to maximize volume, gross, and profitability
• Actively close deals and TO every opportunity
• Recruit, train, coach, and hold the sales team accountable
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
• Maintain strong CSI while pushing production
• Build and sustain a winning, competitive sales culture

Requirements

WHAT IT TAKES TO QUALIFY

• Proven Automotive Sales Manager experience REQUIRED
• Documented success in a high-volume dealership environment
• Strong closing, desking, and deal-structuring skills
• Confident, decisive leadership style
• High energy, competitive mindset, and strong work ethic
• Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver consistent results
