AUTO BODY ESTIMATOR
Job description
- Must have experience with the auto body repair process (parts, refinishing, frame work, mechanics, etc)
- Must have experience with estimating software such as CCC, PartsTrader, etc
- Diagnose, scan, and estimate body repair costs
- Establish and maintain relationships with DRPs/insurance companies, customers
- Schedule repairs according to work load and job size
- Order, checkin, and return parts
- Ensure negotiated parts discounts with all vendors and insurance are upheld
- Work with OEM, Aftermarket, and Recycled parts vendors
- Schedule sublet services
- Review vehicle before release to ensure all listed work was accomplished properly
- Review final repair orders and upload to DRPs/Insurance companies
- Must be able to work closely as a team with all co-workers
- Must have a strong work ethic and dedication
