Position Summary
The Associate Creative Director - Design is responsible for leading our creative execution, ensuring that our campaigns and projects effectively communicate our clients' messages and achieve their objectives. In this role, you will oversee a team of creative professionals, guiding them in developing impactful and innovative ideas, designs, and content. This role will help elevate and promote our clients' internal and external brands.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide the design team through all production phases. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure creative requirements are met and maintained to the highest standards. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Brand Strategy: Responsible for bringing brands to life through design. Effectively communicate creative and brand direction across all channels and platforms.
Creative Delivery: Develop and execute creative strategies for a diverse range of clients. Ensure all creative products align with client goals and brand identity. Innovate and implement new ideas to resonate with target audiences.
Quality Control: Oversee the creative process from production to delivery. Ensure all creative work meets high-quality standards and deadlines. Ensure adherence to client brand guidelines.
Client Interaction: Present creative concepts and strategies to clients. Ensure client visions are accurately captured and executed. Build and maintain strong client relationships through expert creative insight.
Background and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Design, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in a creative leadership role within the marketing and advertising industry
Strong understanding of branding, marketing, advertising and corporate communication principles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate creative ideas
Exceptional creativity and imagination, with a keen eye for design and attention to detail
Proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Industry knowledge of education, hospitality, HR and internal communications is a plus
