Assistant Property Manager (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Madison, WI
Pay: $22–$24/hour (based on experience)
We’re looking for a sharp, dependable, and motivated individual to join a well-established property management team in Madison, WI as a temp-to-hire Assistant Property Manager . What You’ll Do:
- Assist with daily operations at the property, supporting both residents and staff
- Learn how to handle rent collection and follow-up procedures
- Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with vendors
- Help with leasing support: giving tours, preparing paperwork, and processing applications
- Organize tenant records and help ensure compliance with housing policies
- Support move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and general office tasks
- Build relationships with residents and contribute to a positive community environment
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, professional attitude when working with residents and team members
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Reliable transportation to and from the property
- High school diploma or equivalent required
