Job Title: Assembly Technician

Job Type: Temp to Hire

Pay: $22-$23/hr (DOE)

Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Location: Irvine, CA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a mechanically inclined Assembly Technician to assemble and test biomedical products. Ideal candidates have experience in fields like auto mechanics, aerospace, or engineering, and are comfortable using diagnostic tools and working with complex assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and test biomedical devices per instructions
• Troubleshoot issues using error messages
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Use tools such as multimeter, torque driver, pipette, oscilloscope, etc.
• Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards
• Support inventory and material movement

Requirements:

• Mechanical background; experience in assembly required
• Basic Excel skills and ability to follow procedures
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Medical device assembly experience is a plus
• Team player with strong communication skills

Preferred:

• Familiarity with ESD practices and diagnostic tools
• Engineering-related education or equivalent experience
