Position Overview

We’re seeking a motivated, articulate Sales Associate who enjoys working with people and has a keen eye for aesthetics. The ideal candidate combines sales skill with a love for art and design, providing each client with a thoughtful, enjoyable experience from first greeting to final sale.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests, offering insight into featured artists and collections
• Build lasting relationships with clients and collectors
• Handle sales transactions, invoices, and follow-up communication
• Assist with gallery display changes and exhibition setup
• Maintain a polished, organized, and visually appealing gallery environment

Qualifications

• Background or strong interest in fine art, design, or luxury retail
• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Professional communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable using email, and basic computer programs
• Reliable, punctual, and available for weekend and evening shifts
• Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally assist with light art handling
• Ability to work well within a small team environment
