Job Title: Remote Appfolio Bookkeeper
Are you an experienced bookkeeper with a background in property management and expertise in Appfolio software? We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team! Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis: Analyze a variety of accounting issues within the Appfolio software to support efficient property management operations.
Appfolio Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of Appfolio to assist clients with accurate bookkeeping and reporting.
Problem Solving: Review and resolve issues related to owner statements, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
Client Communication: Maintain clear, responsive communication with clients, ensuring their questions are answered, and their needs are met.
Task Management: Complete tasks for multiple clients in a timely, organized manner.
Qualifications
Experience with Appfolio: Prior hands-on experience with Appfolio software is required.
Analytical Skills: Ability to assess and troubleshoot accounting issues effectively.
Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues independently.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with tools like Slack, Gmail, Asana, and Google Workspace.
Multitasking Abilities: Skilled at managing multiple responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy.
