This position would be split between one community in Hanford and another community in Armona - must be able to commute.

Job Title: Property Manager

Hours: Full-time

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm w/ 1hr lunch

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage employees, including maintenance staff.
• Oversee tenant screening and credit check processing.
• Develop work schedules and coordinate unit make-ready tasks.
• Monitor contract work and inspect community buildings and grounds.
• Perform unit walkthroughs to ensure readiness for move-ins.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Submit semi-monthly payroll reports.
• Prepare and complete Monthly Operating Reports.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior residential property management experience is required.
• Software Proficiency: Knowledge of Yardi, Tenant Tech, or similar property management platforms.
• Leadership: Strong ability to manage and motivate employees.
• Tenant Relations: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Skills: Strong collections, accounts receivable, budgeting, and marketing plan experience.
• Fair Housing Knowledge: Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws is essential.
• Self-Starter: Ability to prioritize and work independently.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and a focus on accuracy.
