Description
We are seeking an AR/AP Specialist to join our Finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with a background in finance or accounting, either through an Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience. The Specialist will handle day-to-day accounts receivable and payable tasks, support bookkeeping, and assist with financial operations.
This position offers a unique opportunity to cross-train with our current Specialist and eventually grow into a more senior role such as Accountant or Junior Controller.
-Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions accurately and timely
-Assist with general bookkeeping and financial record maintenance
-Support month-end and year-end closing processes
-Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional accounting projects
-Learn and support higher-level accounting tasks as needed
-Utilize SAP for financial data entry and reporting

$19-22 /hour
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
