This is a contract position starting out at 9 months and hybrid 2x a week onsite in Newark, NJ

As an Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing organic social data to inform strategy and performance. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop and maintain dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making. This role requires strong data and BI expertise , project management skills , and proficiency in SQL and Tableau .

Key Responsibilities:

Social Analytics & Insights:

• Analyze organic social media data to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the organic social team to develop data-backed strategies.

Dashboard Management:

• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards to visualize social performance metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools.

Data & BI Expertise:

• Use SQL and Tableau to extract, analyze, and visualize data.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data efficiency.

Collaboration & Project Management:

• Partner with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, and analytics teams, to align on reporting needs.
• Manage data-related projects, ensuring timely delivery of insights.

Tool Utilization:

• Leverage tools such as Sprinklr (not required but a plus) for social listening and data extraction.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with organic social data and social media analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau for data extraction and visualization.
• Experience managing and developing dashboards to present insights.
• Strong project management skills , with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Background in a marketing agency or experience on an analytics team focusing on social data is a plus.
• Familiarity with Sprinklr or similar social analytics tools is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly.
