Event Staff - $24/hour to $35/hour

We are searching for Event Staff for an upcoming event in March 2025 at the Anaheim Convention Center. There are various positions that we need to fill. Please see below for specific details.

 

EVENT DATE 3/15 - 3/21/2025

Key Responsibilities:

Manager - $35/hr

• Manage event staffs
• Direct communication with client

Event Leads - $25/hr

• Manage staff attendance and meal break
• Back-up coverage as needed

Wayfinder - $24/hr

• Must be familiar with Convention Center Campus
• Provide route guidance to guests

General Laborer - $24/hr

• Assist staff with set-up: Lift up to 40-50 lbs boxes
• Keep materials stocked during registration

Registration Clerk - $24/hr

• Hand out registration badges and materials

Registration Runner/Line Monitor - $24/hr

• Keep program materials stocked onsite and at pre-registration desks
• Direct Attendees to shortest line

Fast Pass (Registration) Staff - $24/hr

• Distribute Fast Pass Badges

Room Monitor - $24/hr

• Check/Scan Badges for entry

 

 

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service
• Prior experience as an Event Staff is a plus
• Punctual and reliable
• Willing to be trained
• Excellent communication skill
