DPH Delivery LLC is a  Delivery Service Partner  (DSP) looking for team members who are reliable, hard-working and have a passion to deliver smiles from a Amazon Delivery Hub located in  Swedesboro, NJ

Must be available on WEEKENDS - no exceptions

Starting at $23.25/hour with growth potential

Additionally, if interested and qualified , become DOT Certified with paid training and certification

Each day thousands of people order online and we work hard to bring customers their products, safely and on time 7 days a week, 361 days a year. We prioritize the customer experience when making our deliveries. Delivery Associates strive to get every order to the customer’s door on-time

Qualifications

Delivery Associate - Absolute Requirements

· 21 years or older

· Pass  drug test

· Pass  background check

· Clean  DMV record - No DUI or Suspended License within past 5 years - Please do not apply if you don't have a clean record.

· Valid driver license (Commercial License NOT required!)

· Able to lift 50 lbs, bend, twist, walk and work on your feet for entire shift

· Legal to work in U.S. & pass e-verify check

Delivery Associate Responsibilities:

We provide on-the-job personalized training so that all of our employees feel safe and confident on the road and to the doorsteps of customers. Our main priority is empowering our drivers to drive safely and deliver on time.

Load vans in an organized manner and deliver packages by driving, climbing in and out of the vehicle, and walking upstairs and through driveways in all weather conditions, and deliver packages safely and punctually

Be able to operate and navigate a delivery van, weighing 10,000 lbs. or less and handle stressful driving demands including inclement weather conditions

Must be a team player willing to help another driver as requested

Follow strict safety standards on and off the road

Ability to solve problems using independent judgment and critical thinking skills

Have a positive can-do attitude to deliver smiles with each package and to interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner

Ability to operate an electronic device for GPS and daily records

Must have communication skills and ability to follow managers' written and oral instructions.
