We're seeking a talented and experienced Corporate Travel Agent to join our remote team! As a Corporate Travel Agent, you'll be responsible for handling corporate travel requests efficiently and professionally, ensuring our clients have seamless and unforgettable travel experiences.
What you'll do:
Be the travel expert: Provide personalized travel solutions tailored to corporate clients' needs.
Book it all: Handle all aspects of travel arrangements, from flights and hotels to car rentals and activities.
Solve problems with ease: Address any travel-related issues that arise promptly and professionally.
Communicate with clarity: Maintain excellent communication with clients and travel suppliers.
We're looking for someone who:
Has 3+ years of experience as a Corporate Travel Agent.
Is proficient in the Amadeus GDS.
Is a master of Microsoft Suite.
Has a knack for providing exceptional customer service.
Can solve problems creatively and efficiently.
Is an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
