Job Description

As an AI Trainer for Strategic Management, you'll rate, review, and rewrite AI responses on the subject of Strategic Management, all from the  comfort of your own home . In doing so, you teach the model what "good" answers to Strategic Management questions looks like.

AI trainers are a new fast-growing role in AI, relying on expertise of subject matter experts like you to improve AI models. No prior AI experience is needed as a short training session in AI is provided.

Responsibilities:

• You will train AI models by crafting and answering questions related to Strategic Management .
• You will evaluate and rank responses generated by AI systems.
• You will use your domain expertise to assess the factuality and relevance of text produced by AI models

Qualifications: 

• A bachelor's or higher degree in business, strategic management or a related subject
• Ability to write engaging, accurate, and insightful content related to Management
• Research and fact-checking abilities
• Strong storytelling and narrative skills and ability to craft captivating narratives.
• Demonstrate exceptional writing skills, with a focus on clarity, brevity, and engagement

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.

Earnings:

• Hourly rate: Up to US $30.00, depending on your level of expertise

Additional Note:

This is a freelance position that is paid on a per-hour basis. We don’t offer internships as this is a freelance role. You also must be authorized to work in your country of residence, and we will not be providing sponsorship since this is a 1099 contract opportunity. However, if you are an international student, you may be able to sign up if you are on a visa. You should contact your tax/immigration advisor with specific questions regarding your circumstances. We are unable to provide any documentation supporting employment at this time. Please be advised that compensation rates may differ for non-US locations.
