Responsibilities - Establish and sustain client connections by engaging in prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Assess clients' insurance requirements and suggest suitable coverage solutions.
- Provide clients with comprehensive knowledge of insurance products, services, and policy attributes.
- Efficiently and accurately handle policy applications, endorsements, and claims processing.
- Achieve agency-set sales targets and performance objectives.
Requirements - A high school diploma or its equivalent is mandatory.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the capability to engage effectively with both clients and colleagues.
- Meticulous attention to detail and precision in managing paperwork and executing administrative duties is crucial.
- Demonstrates initiative and a keen desire for advancement within the insurance field.
- Capable of fostering effective teamwork and fostering a constructive workplace atmosphere.
- Readiness to acquire necessary licenses.
