Job Description

Purpose-driven performance company is looking for an experienced Administrative Business Partner to be a thought partner to their two Co-Founders. This is a great opportunity to join a small, high-impact team that coaches elite triathletes and top C-suite executives, with plenty of room for growth in your role! You will play a crucial role in expanding their corporate program by managing strategic projects, executing program events, and providing core admin support to ensure the Co-Founders focus on high-priority tasks. Someone with experience in project or program management, supporting high-level executives, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Must be willing to travel occasionally and have a passion for wellness. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, 2-4 days/week depending on needs. 130-150K+ DOE + benefits stipend, discretionary bonus, 401k eligibility, and access to their beautiful, state-of-the-art fitness center!

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic partner, providing insights and support to Co-founders in decision-making.
  • Keep a record of project milestones and track progress toward objectives - team, personal, and company-wide.
  • Assist in planning and executing priority projects, ensuring coordination and timely delivery.
  • Serve as the primary contact for event planning, managing both onsite and remote events. Handling all run-of-the-show logistics to ensure the event is set up for success and runs seamlessly.
  • Handle high-profile C-suite interactions with professionalism and discretion.
  • Organize team meetings, prepare materials, take notes, and track action items.
  • Act as a proxy on behalf of the Co-founders in meetings as needed.
  • Drive the completion of key deliverables. Proactively following up on outstanding items.
  • Research, implement, and improve systems and processes.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations and other materials as needed.
  • Draft communications, such as newsletters, to support various initiatives.
  • Ensure effective scheduling and calendar management for Co-founders, prioritizing their time.
  • Organize and manage inboxes, flagging urgent items and drafting responses.
  • Oversee small projects from start to finish, ensuring successful execution.
  • Support content planning and asset management for various initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in an Administrative Business Partner, Project or Program Management, or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience supporting high-level executives with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to shift priorities as required.
  • A proactive approach, anticipating and addressing needs before they arise.
  • Positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Passion for wellness and high performance, with a willingness to take on diverse tasks.
  • Willingness to travel for programs as needed.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and PowerPoint.
