• Provide financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate invoicing of products.

• Reconcile daily production & efficiency reports for various departments.
\n
• Generate daily yield report.
\n
• Balance cold storage inventories daily.
\n
• Update plant KPI graphs.
\n
• Distribute weekly over pack report.
\n
• Complete and distribute operations reports.
\n
• Complete and distribute down time reports.
\n
• Responsible for ordering office supplies.
\n
• Point-of-contact for Canon issues/supplies.
\n
• Additional duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager.
\n

• Knowledge of office administration and procedures.
\n
• Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures.
\n
• 1-3 years general accounting experience.
\n
• Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
\n
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
\n
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
\n
• Problem-solving and organization skills.
\n
• Knowledge of accounts receivable is preferred.
