LHH is partnering with a large company who is searching for a temporary to hire Accounting Specialist to join their team. You will be processing invoices, updating vendor accounts, reconciling statements, and supporting the team with whatever they need. The manager is looking for someone who has a bachelor’s degree and at least an internship or six months of professional work experience. You need to be able to navigate between different software systems quickly since you will utilize a variety of applications in the role. The interview process will be quick as the team needs assistance immediately. The position is fully onsite in the east Bellevue, WA area but will offer a hybrid work schedule after you are trained.
Main Duties:

• Coding and processing invoices
• Researching vendor contracts and resolving inquiries
• Making corrections when needed
• Reviewing and resolving discrepancies
• Routing invoices to the payment teams
• Reconciling vendor accounts
• Additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Professional communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work well with others and collaborate with a team
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and able to learn new technology quickly

Employment Details:

• Fully onsite in Bellevue, WA for training
• Temporary to hire
• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
