You'll be involved in Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), using Microsoft suite, QuickBooks, and Excel (including Pivot Tables and formulas). Your problem-solving skills, strong organizational abilities, and financial expertise will be crucial to maintaining accuracy and timeliness. This role is perfect for someone who is comfortable working both independently and in collaboration with a team. Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's Degree in Accounting or related field, or practical experience preferred. Basic math and knowledge of business principles.
Language Skills: Strong leadership, communication, organization, time management, and listening skills.
Computer Skills: Proficient with QuickBooks (required!) and familiar/intermediate ability with Office 365 (Excel (Pivot tables & Formulas), PowerBI, Teams, SharePoint). Ability to navigate websites easily.
Reasoning & Problem-Solving: Ability to use logic to identify solutions, collaborate effectively, and apply common sense to tasks. Strong customer service orientation and adaptability to prioritize diverse needs.
