h5 Job Description Our client, a global manufacturer that processes and sells resins, is looking for an Account Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working with ABS plastic companies.
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Employment: Full-time; Direct-hire
Salary: 70K-85K + Bonus + Vehicle Insurance / Mileage Support
Essential Duties :
- B2B business development for imported resin.
- Responsible for business development including commercial negotiations utilizing persuasive sales techniques.
- Travel domestically and internationally as well as make trips to clients' factories
- Attend meetings and report to internal organizations to promote business opportunities
- Communicate closely with the distributors and visit clients with the distributor representatives
- Work closely with internal teams in the U.S. & Japan as a liaison using sales & technical knowledge of product offerings
- Conduct market research
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree and more than 3 years sales experience.
- Sales experience in automotive industry is highly desired.
- Have good communication/negotiation skills
- Have problem-solving skills
- Able to travel flexibly (domestically and internationally)
- Hold a valid driver's license
- Japanese Bilingual is highly desired.
